These terms govern your use of this website, which is run by Benard Masila, trading as BM EV Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. About the site
The site publishes articles and commentary about electric vehicles, battery technology, renewable energy and clean mobility, and offers an email newsletter announcing new posts.
2. Information only, not professional advice
Everything on this site is for general information and education. It is not professional, engineering, electrical, safety, legal, financial or investment advice, and it does not create a professional relationship between you and us. Working with electric vehicles, chargers, batteries and electrical installations can be dangerous. Always use a qualified professional for installation, repair, safety and purchasing decisions. You use the information at your own risk.
3. Accuracy
We aim to publish accurate, current content, but the electric vehicle field changes quickly. Prices, specifications, regulations and product details may change or be out of date. We do not promise that content is complete, accurate or suitable for your needs.

Unless stated otherwise, the articles, images, logo and design on this site belong to Benard Masila or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read the content, and share links to it, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or distribute our content without our written permission. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
5. Newsletter
If you subscribe, we will email you about new posts and updates. We do not promise a schedule. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We handle your email address as described in our Privacy Policy.

- enter someone else's email address into the subscribe form without their permission;
